Workshop: Implementing sustainability requirements in practice – with breakout sessions for companies

More and more companies are required to implement sustainability requirements—whether through legal reporting obligations, supply chain requirements, or financing. In our webinar series, we provided initial insights together with experts.

Now we want to further deepen the dialogue:

On September 19, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., we invite companies to a workshop at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Essen. The focus will be on topic-specific breakout sessions with experts from various fields: banking, chambers of industry and commerce, consulting, and legislation.

The aim is to promote individual exchange, clarify specific questions, and jointly identify the next steps on the path to implementing sustainability requirements. This is not only about legal obligations, but above all about practical implementation aids, experience reports, and strategic orientation.

The workshop format gives participants the opportunity to explore specific topics in smaller groups, discuss challenges, and contribute their individual perspectives. The event is aimed in particular at SMEs that are facing the challenge of integrating sustainability goals into their business processes. New instruments such as the VSME and current legislative processes will also be discussed.
